From Ukiah and points south:
- Take Highway 101 north to West Road turnoff. Exit there.
- Turn right at the stop sign onto West Road.
- Turn right at the next stop sign onto School Way.
- When you are directly opposite Redwood Valley School turn right onto Pinecrest Drive.
- Continue up the hill to 8301, just before the road turns right.
From the north:
- Take Highway 101 south to West Road turnoff. Exit there.
- Turn left at the stop sign onto West Road.
- Turn right at the next stop sign onto School Way.
- When you are directly opposite Redwood Valley School turn right onto Pinecrest Drive.
- Continue up the hill to 8301, just before the road turns right.
Volunteers are welcomed at the monthly work days when site maintenance is performed. Volunteers who are willing to work as docents are also welcomed. The docents help the teachers with the classes that visit. Training is provided for docents.
Memberships in the Redwood Valley Outdoor Education Project are available and help to support the project financially. Members will receive a copy of the quarterly newsletter and free admission to the monthly workshops. Since the Redwood Valley Outdoor Education Project is financially self-supporting, the membership fees help to maintain viability of the project.
